Destiny borderless windowed off center.

Windowed mode too far off screen so i can't change to full screen so i can see everything again I changed from full screen to windowed mode so i could go into discord but now destiny is off my computer screen and i cant click to go back to full. i cant play the game now please help. I have tried everything I can think of/find to fix it and nothing works. edit ~ Probably worth mentioning I had it running nice & stable in 800x600 window (1920x1080 desktop), though other 4:3 resolutions worked too (did not check for widescreen). When you go to non full screen you need to make sure your desktop settings are set to run at 144. Destiny 2 is different. I am using Window mode amd Window capture as per Bungie's recommendation. I am using x.264, 3000kbps upload, slow preset, main profile. Reducing the preset to a "faster" preset didn't really help. Changing core affinity, increasing application "importance" in Windows for OBS doesn't help. Gamemode is off.
